"The communication from Chamonix resorts was excellent, don’t do what I did and not read instruction properly on how to get to the property."

"Outside of business hours collection of keys could be better. Lock boxes for keys located at the back of a building down a hill in a dark area, not ideal for those not familiar with the area landing at night. I suggest a lock box at the property"

"Perfect location for exploring Chamonix and surroundings. Amazing view from my window. Close to centre of town, shops, restaurants etc. Walking distance to everything. Staff very attentive in advance and throughout my stay."

"The location perfect the town centre and pedestrian shopping street is literally across the road. The ski uplift is also about 100m away on a small side street. Bud stops are right outside the apartment, two local supermarkets are 60 seconds away. The apartment itself is very well equipped, spacious, and very comfortable."

"The bed pillows were too small and thin. Street can be noisy at night, I’d recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper."

"The pickup/drop of the keys, it's a little far. In arrival was raining a lot and that not help us."

"Very central location, but just off the main street enough that it is very quiet at night. The building itself is a little old and so are the furnishings in the unit, but it does not feel rundown, but rather it has a cozy charm to it. I imagine it is only more cozy in the middle of the winter (I visited during the summer). It was clean and has basic kitchen appliances and utensils needed to cook. I stayed by myself, but this unit can easily accommodate two. It is suitable for a long term stay (say, 2 weeks) as it has enough space to lounge and cook. (It is more than a place just to shower and crash.)"

"The wifi router did not work properly. When I messaged the company that manages the property, I was told to do certain things with the router, which did not help. Ultimately they had to come in to fix it, leaving me without reliable internet for almost 2.5 days. Wifi should have been set up properly before I checked in."
